Lakeside Estate after careful analysis and customer feedback on the 2 bedrooms Semi detached house, the Company realized that, customers prefer to have an independent compound house without sharing a common wall and a common roof. Formally the 2 bedrooms semi detached house comprises of two houses sharing the same roof and a common wall.

The All new 2 bedroom Detached Standard will be a self alone house that a customer can move round his property at a 360 degrees. This product is design for young family with a limited funds design to spend on housing. The product is moderate and affordable to many Ghanaians.

The Lakeside 2 bedrooms Detached Standard is one of our standard house for startup and young family size. It provides accommodation for two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, common bathroom, a store room and a back yard. It is situated on a 30ft x 65ft plot size. The internal floors are tiled with ceramic and porcelain tiles. The bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes and the windows are made of aluminum sliding windows and louver blades.
