In its quest for growth and expansion, Lakeside Estates has moved to its second phase. ie. Commercial Property Development. For the past twenty (20) years, its main focus has been providing residential properties for sale. With this second phase, lakeside projects will be the next big commercial avenue in Ghana like Spintex Ave, – exclusively reserved for national and international companies like Japan Motors, IPMC, EBN, Compu-Ghana, e.Tv, Samsung etc. Currently a 1km dual carriage road is being constructed to make Lakeside more commercially viable.

Lakeside Business Centre (LBC) is a commercial business and shopping center situated at the heart of Lakeside Estate, to be precise, Community One (1), near Lakeside marina Park, Lakeside Estate, Accra, Ghana. The building is a three-Storey building with a 10 meter Communication Tower. It is structural sound and strong to take up to two more Storey in the future. The ground floor has a net floor area of 525m 2 and the first floor has a net floor area of 477.4m 2 .It also has diverse use including space for Banking, Lakeside full service Head Office, Pharmacy, Doctors office, Supermarket, Insurance Office, etc. The building has forty (40) cars parking and well designed for modern businesses. It has a restaurant which will support the food business of the Centre.Facilities provided including security, water, Common area cleaning, and garbage collection and among others.
The building is design to suite a variety of businesses to pull more traffic to boost the commercial activity at community #1 and Lakeside Estate as a whole. It has ten (10) Office spaces in all and a Banking Hall including private banking.

The following rules and regulations are to be observed by user of the Lakeside Business Center (LBC). This is to help standardize the use of the facility not to abuse any use of facility.
The Director of Lakeside Estate has created this Maintenance policy on 01 January 2017. This policy will change from time to time without notice.
Please observe the parking and circulation around the building. There is no parking in front of the building since it impedes the view to the down shops. The parking area is for both the tenants who have business in the building and to the public who transact business here respectively.
Please respect the security in controlling traffic. Please inform the security for vehicles left overnight – otherwise vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.
There will be reserved customer parking at the entrance for all customers. The ground tenants will have reserved parking for 3 customers each. Please inform your employees to respect the changes to improve customer experience.
