TV3 Mentor Reloaded Winner Optional King Receives his 2 Bedrooms House at LAKESIDE ESTATE

The Chief Executive Officer of Lakeside Estate, Dr. Prince-Joseph M Ayiku has emphasized that his outfit’s resolve to provide affordable housing to Ghanaians is inflexible. To this end, Lakeside Estate, he said. “has partnered with the

government’s policy of creating affordable housing for the Ghanaian populace by providing two-to-three-bedroom houses at very affordable prices.” He added that: “We have gone a step further to partner with credible

financial institutions in providing reasonable mortgage facilities with flexible payment terms over long term periods to ensure that everybody has an opportunity of owning a home. Dr. Ayiku made these remarks at a ceremony to present a two bedroom house to Mohammed Lukman, popularly known as Optional King, winner of TV3 Mentor Reloaded.

Dr. Ayiku, further stated that Lakeside Estate on all its business dealings, has had the desire to ensure that “we provide the best of innovative products to our clientele, ensuring that they have the best of products and environment that is decent for human habitation.

Optional King beat off competition from Chichiz and Myka to emerge the winner of the enviable two-bedroom house.

This was the first time, in the history of music reality shows in Ghana, that the winner was going to receive a two-bedroom

house in a gated community in Accra.

The package included a return ticket to Cairo, Egypt, two mastered songs, GHC50,000 airtime on all Media General

platforms and other goodies.
